Solid endlinks are the least disruptive looking to a watch for sure. That said, I use straight bars when they are unavailable, as I prefer them to hollow endlinks. Integrated bracelets/straps are my least favorite, as oftentimes, by the time that they fail or require a replacement or replacement part, the proprietary piece that you need is no longer in production, which junks the whole piece.
