As far as I know, 300(except probably the full gold models) of each variant were produced and delivered around the year 2000. Steel with white or black dial. Two-tone black or gold white mix dial. Full gold bracelet with gold dial with diamond bezel or without. Gold without bracelet white or black dial.
I've heard the steel with black dial is the best looking Patek Sculpture model, personally I haven't seen the other variants in real life.

OK, found it. Patek Philippe introduced references 5090 and 5091 specifically for the Russian market to celebrate the 5-year collaboration with the local distributor. This model was made in a few different variations, and this example features a matte black dial with luminous Arabic numerals and luminous hands. This model is reminiscent of the Nautilus and features the same style hands.
