What Brand is This?

Picked this watch up on the bay last night but can’t find details on the brand. I’ve seen some other watches with the same logo. It’s vintage quartz from the 90s according to the description.

Not a ton of info out there. Mostly just non verifiable stuff from sellers on auction sites.

Probably one of many "generic" Euro brands that were all over the place in the 80's-90's.
