In the words of the song from Hamilton

.... This is why I'll never be satisfied:

In October I decided all I wanted was GADA watches with different dial colours.

In November I was obsessed with "needing" a Chronograph...

In December my Chrono24 views are all teeny-tiny diamond-encrusted ladies dress watches...

The sickness is real.

You sound like one of the instructors on my fitness app: "Yes, the burn is real!"

It is amazing the little stories that one part of our brains can create in order to justify and convince us that the desire for the next watch is not just because it is shiny/new/different.

I, too, am currently battling with a few on Chrono24 that I "need" because they are brands not yet in my collection and who knows when they might come up again. Keep viewing and not purchasing! 💪

Yes.

Actually, given some of the prices on Chrono24, one's bound to conclude that its sole purpose is for window-shopping! I haven't bid on many, but I can only assume that a lot of sellers are operating on the basis of "if you want the moon, ask for the stars". There seem to be quite a few over-priced items sitting around on there for a long time. Often at more than it would cost to buy new!
