What an awesome and unique watch! I'll be the first to admit it is a loud and it's not the most well QC'ed watch out there. BUT it most definitely has a soul and it's a fun little peice to have in my collection.

I have the HMT Chirag with a yellow dial in my collection. You are definitely right about these. They are an excellent piece to have in any collection.
