Strange find - analog with countdown

Apparently one of Seiko's sister brands. It's a cheap watch with countdown and vague "Bluetooth" features (I didn't find much info on what exactly it does via Bluetooth). 

I know some Casio Oce(anus) watches have a countdown but this is much cheaper.
