So my Addies dive “Deepseahunter” finally arrived and I have a little time on my hands, so I thought I’d do my first mini review 🤓
My initial suprise was just how heavy this feels in the hand. It gives a more premium feel to the watch, especially considering it’s a quartz.
Right off the bat you can see the Dial is definitely the star of the show. I especially like how the light catches the hands and indices and gives off warm gold tones complementing the dial perfectly.
The bracelet is suprisingly serviceable considering the £38 price tag. It has solid links, solid end links, push pins and even a signed fully milled clasp featuring 5 micro adjust holes. It feels a little jangly but looks good and integrates with the watch head nicely.
It took me just 5 minutes to size it to my 7.5 wrist removing 4 links and is super comfortable on wrist.
The movement is a Seiko meca Quartz movement so you get 4 tics of the second hand giving it a nice sweep but with the accuracy of quartz. This is a really great idea and I really don’t understand why this isn’t a more common mainstream practice. To be honest I think 99% of people would think this was an automatic which is fine by me!
Overall I can’t recommend this enough considering the price point and what you are getting. I guess it just depends if you can look past the silly name on the dial. If you can like me, then you are in for an inexpensive treat.

I completely agree, thank you for the mini review. Gives me that bit of confidence in the watch. I already have several Addiesdive watches never failed me and love them. I sweet change from the PD and Cadisen lines I have. Enjoy,Cheers!
