Yeah, this is the beads of rice that comes on the 305. They've made it for a while, it just wasn't available in the US. I picked it up off a friend that had special ordered it and then didn't want it.
It's perfectly sized for me, I have a 7" wrist for reference. The 37mm diameter is balanced by the 20mm lug width, so it still has a lot of presence. @tokyo_watch_guy
