Day 8 - A Watch a Day: The Yes Watch seemed like the most appropriate watch for viewing the eclipse (in New York City, so only partial). It shows sunrise, sunset, moon phase, moonrise, moonset, etc. for anywhere in the world. It's an enormous tuna can of a watch, so this is the first I've worn it outside of the house. But it makes a fun desk accessory. But now that I'm wearing it, it's not so bad. And it's taught me something. It shows a new moon. Does an eclipse have to happen during a new moon? Why yes it does.
