Amazing experience at Panerai in Florence
I had a wonderful experience in the Panerai store in Florence! Welcomed by the kind staff I visited the shop and they were kind enough to give me this beautiful booklet with the history of the brand 🤩

Not yet! I think good boutique experiences are so important and probably even more so in times where we can buy expensive, high luxury items on line or from chain ADs. Boutiques have to offer something special and it's great to hear Panerai are doing this, perhaps it's no coincidence that I have also had wonderful experiences at the IWC boutique, also being a Richemont brand?
