Depends on what is left in your collection? Why did you part with these three?
What is your grail? Also, have you considered posting them on other watch forums? I only ask because I think the EBay fees are getting out of hand.

Omega speedmaster, Tudor bb, Seiko alpinist, Hamilton khaki field, Seiko cocktail time, gshock, steinhart ocean one, and some homages. What am I missing? Micro brand?

My grail? Probably a Rolex explorer 1 36mm or Rolex sub

Any recommendations for either under 1k?
I haven't looked at Fliegers much, but I just today bought a Glycine Airman GMT.
Specs look great, size is something that works for me & if you have a Speedy, should work for you.
For $1K you could probably get a nice pre-Invicta one. Pre-Invicta reference #s are all numerical, no GLXXXX if you weren't aware

i agree with @UnholiestJedi some gmt watch or some higher end microbrand around 1000$
