How do we feel about Tudor's new divisive new dive watch?

It's a miss for me being exclusively a nato strap watch with fixed lugs and large case proportions (52mm lug-to-lug).
However, you have to give Tudor props for sticking to their guns and not compromising for commercial gain!

I like that they dared to do something different (no spring bars, bidirectional bezel) but I can't get over how busy the bezel insert is. This is one watch that would've looked good with a bit of faux patina on the lume 🤫

I have to agree with on the busy bezel...this watch was "purpose designed" to aid MN while performing their duties, personally it's a little daunting to read it but maybe it is useful for the MN?
Fauxtina would be a nice touch but I think it goes against the watches design principals, as it is strictly an aesthetic change that adds no practicality to the watch.
I think a commercialized version of this watch would be a big hit - the refined Pelagos!
I don't get the idea of paying more to give up the option of a metal bracelet.
Once the rumors started I was waiting with bated breathe for a 40mm Pelagos for my skinny wrists but alas, my hopes were dashed. 😢

You were not alone my friend 😂
