diver on a leather strap are fine by me. if it looks good it looks good and we all know that if you were to actually go dive with it you'd change de strap.

I'm a bracelet guy but I've always liked a dive watch on a leather strap, particularly a black diver on a brown leather strap does it for me. Also, I always thought a bigger watch like a diver is less showy on a leather compared to a shiny bracelet.

The best strap for a diver (if you are using it for diving and swimming) is a textile or rubber strap (rubber in summer is not so confortable).
Leather strap is good for diving in the office or at home on the sofa in the pillows 😜 Just joking .. Use whatewer strap you think is good and confortable for you !!!
I have no problem with a diver on any kind of strap. The strap for me is not a constant and its like a pair of shoes. You don't only own one pair and they compliment the main show in any given situation. If your driver looks good on leather, wear it on leather. If you're taking it diving, stick it on a bracelet or rubber.
