Any Parchie pals out there?

My daughter has a Dance-Time Parchie and loves it. I don’t think I’ve seen any posts here on Watch Crunch about the brand or the watch. It seems quite well put together, especially for a kid’s watch. It’s more than capable of standing up to her very active play time.

I got my daughters each a Parchie.  They loved theirs...  for all of 5 minutes, and then...

I was going to get one of these for myself but then I unsubscribed from the mailing list and forgot all about it.

As a small watch devotee and someone trying to make sure children wear watches and practice reading analog time, I'm now a bit interested in blok watches, which seem to have totally eaten Parchie's lunch (albeit at greater cost).

Well, screw it. As I went to grab an image, I noticed how badly blok did the hand lengths. WTF? The 33mm plastic case with fixed lugs, the lefthand crown, the bezel, even the herringbone strap, are all fantastic. I'm not entirely sold on the rotary phone dial, but I see what they are going for. However, the hands are a mess. I guess the idea is color coding hand and dial markings, but I  literally had to see which was atop the other to be sure which was which. Shorten that hour hand now!
