Just arrived today - Santos De Cartier WSSA0037
I've been wanting to add a Santos De Cartier to my collection for quite some time, and finally decided to make it happen. It arrived today, and I'm thrilled with it.
I struggled with the decision between the medium and the large, and ended up with the large. There is no Cartier AD where I live, so I never had the chance to try them for comparison, but had been able to try on the large at a recent get together with local watch enthusiasts. I thought that it worked well enough with my 17cm wrists that I decided to go with the large black dial version with the ADLC bezel. The medium is only available with the white dial, and although I love that version as well, I prefer the somewhat sportier look of this version.

Not a fan of a date on these, no matter the generation, but I've never seen this black dial/bezel. A great example, at least to me, of how design isn't just about the shapes and placement, but how color can completely change how all of that comes together. Now it doesn't look out of place and you get the added functionality.

The ADLC bezel and dark dial make the Santos look even sleeker than more "traditional" examples. Stunning watch, congratulations ✨

I thought I was tripping at first and that the photo was captured in low light but the black bezel rocks as does the face. Enjoy the heck out of it!
I feel you. I fixated on the ”standard” stainless Santos with white dial (stunning in pictures) but when I tried it on, it didn’t speak to me as much as I thought it would. But then… I tried the all-ADLC version and it was 😍. The dark dial works so well.

I took a hard look at the version that you have, but once I saw the blue dial I knew it was the one for me. White, blue or black dial, medium or large, they all look good to me. The white dial definitely has a more formal vibe to it.

That's such a beautiful piece.
The blue dial was the version that I had originally been most interested in. When I was doing my research, that version always stood out head and shoulders above any of the others. The black dial didn't appeal to me as much as the blue in photos, but when I saw it in person I absolutely fell in love with it. I really liked how the black ADLC bezel looked with the SS case and the black dial, as well as the fact that the ADLC coated bezel might help in terms of scratches. I have no regrets, but if I see the blue dial in person, that might change 😀.
As you mentioned, I think that they are all great choices.
