Good independent British watch brands? (Feel free to add no one British also)

Looking for something different. Am bored with the hype brands, well the ones I can afford anyway 馃槀馃憦馃従. Looking to go through a journey of learning about British watch brands/watchmakers and just any independent brand in general.

Alkin are pretty decent.

There's a fair amount these days. From Farer to Christopher Ward to anOrdain (and sister brand Paulin) all the way to Roger Smith unobtanium.

Get a Casio. Write Made in Birmingham on it in permanent marker. Job done!
