Second the sbtr027. I think you might be able to get a seagull movement off of AliExpress if you want something mechanical but I have heard somewhat less than complimentary things about their ability to be repaired, much less their reliability.
Timex have a number you may want to check out such as the Weekender and MK1 Chronographs.
There are alot of seiko and citizen options on e-bay and jomashop. Sort by price!
I can suggest the only mechanical chronograph you can get in that price range. The Seagull 1963. You can find it cheaper than your budget in places like Aliexpress. I also suggest redirecting the rest of the money to upgrade the strap 😎. It has it all, history, it was swiss, amazing size, fantastic watchmaking (it has a column wheel to operate the pushers), it is "respected among the collects", cool design in the front and it is interesting to look at the back:
