There's just one thing I don't understand. This may sound silly, but how do they know, from afar, that it's really a Rolex / what are people wearing? Let's say, it's a Timex Pepsi, or a Steinhart Hulk, something with a very similar design.
If I wear my "bling" shiny and bulky Casio, will they know from a few feet away that oh, that's a $30 p.o.s, not worth the effort? There are so many nice watches that aren't even close to the cost of a Rolex, but still look expensive. Will they take those, too, assuming they're worth a lot more than they actually are?
