Stupid question, but does that inner face rotate with the 2'o'clock crown? Just wondering what that arrow is pointing at 5:00...

Not a stupid question. The movement on this is a little unique (maybe? from my experience). It is a traveler's GMT, but with a small difference. The inner circle with the arrow is set by the movement crown (4 o'clock) and rotates once every 24hours when setting the time (second position). The difference is that the hour hand can be moved in the first position of the crown, but only forward. Rotate the crown backward the hour jumps forward. It you rotate the crown forward, it has quick set date. Most traveler's I've encountered only move the hour hand forward and back, and the date is set by rotating the hour hand through 24hours. This one doesn't do that.

The 2 o'clock crown rotates the inner, silver 24 hour bezel (similar to compression diver).
