West end Watch with Solvil et Titus Signed machine

I got this watch it’s from the 80’s if I’m not mistaken.

So after a long time I opened the backcase and found this.(because I wanted to sell and buy another swiss watch)

So we can say it’s an franken Watch?

It has an ETA 2878 movement which is correct movement for west end watches so I’m in doubt now.

Or maybe the one who sold me didn’t found the rotator signed of West end Watch…

Can someone help me out?
