This Seiko Dolce just arrived today from Japan. It's engraved on the back, commemorating a long term of service to the West Japan Railway. Based on the case style, Dolce typeface, and serial number, I think it's from 1996. However, I haven't been able to find it in a catalogue. Maybe it was a JR exclusive?
