i am very happy with anti reflection coating on both sides of the crystal.

the dial is visible at any angle in the brightest sun.

i was hesitant before ordering ar coating option, because people say it is susceptible to scratches. in my case apparently this is not a problem—using the watch daily as would wear a g-shock and didn't get any visible scratches.
