I had a bezel like that a few years ago from Namoki. I checked it on a flat surface and it had this weird out of round to it. I tried to do a little sanding/ filing on the obvious contact spot but nothing would work, ended up getting a new one from CrystalTimes. I've purchased 2 bezels from Namoki, the last being the problem, and 5 from CrystalTimes and that's the only time I've ever had a problem. Could the coating be enough to put it out of tolerance?? Could it be a machining issue??
I've done 6 mods and I've never had to use my press on the bezel, they were a little stubborn at times but went on. You could always try boil the bezel it in hot water put the case in the freezer, may give you just enough to snap it on.

Agreed, they may be tight, and with many you will have to use a press. I pretty much use a press by default. CT outright says that their bezels are tight, and recommends a crystal press for installation.
New to the watch world, love the idea of designing and making my own watches. I have created my own designs and have attempted to make a case from scratch.
This is the press I'm using , the glass went in fine, know all I'm doing is bending the handle trying to get the bezel on
I haven’t modded a watch yet but either
Cool press got the same one 😄
Good luck!
