Forstner Band on my AT

A few months ago I bought a new strap for my OMEGA AquaTerra.

There are two things I would like to see better about the AT bracelet: 1) that it was all brushed and 2) that it had an adjustment sytem, similar to Rolex bracelets.

I followed the advice of one WatchCrunch member (@s0ckpupp3t) and opted for a Forstner bracelet, more specifically the Flat Link model (fully brushed).

I must say that I am very pleased. The bracelet gives that vintage look and is very comfortable, because it have little stretchy links behind the clasp to allow the bracelet to expand or contract as necessary as the weather heats up/cools down. Makes them super comfortable and fuss free.

And you, do you also know or have a Forstner bracelet?

Can you show this? They don't seem to mention or show it on the manufacturer's web site.

It's odd that they don't mention that. I wish I knew how it worked.

A couple links behind the clasp have a spring mechanism so the links can expand and contract as necessary for comfort. Everything is 316L stainless steel. It’s perfect 👌🏼

I have a Forstner on my Omega Great White GMT.  It kept me from selling the watch.  The oem bracelet is okay but had zero adjustment.  I could wear it either on my elbow or cut off circulation to my hand.  The forstner is awesome and I might grab one of their bracelets for my BB58.

Glad you like the Forstner Flat Link @Nunoafonso!  I guess I won’t be run out of town just yet. 😃

The Forstner OG Flat Link has the stretch links while the heftier Forstner Contemporary Flat Link does not.  Both are very comfy, with the OG being closer to the vintage OEM Speedy bracelets while the Contemporary is more like the modern OEM ones (Ed White, 50th Anniversary, ’57, etc.).

Their bands are great and I’m pleased they’re expanding and bringing in bracelets for more models. 😊👌

Hi, thanks for sharing, is your AT 41 mm or 38 mm? I’m wondering if the 19mm version will fit my 38 mm AT.
