Mido GMT or Steinhart One Vintage?

I have shortlisted the possible watches to ask Santa for as a Christmas present to these 2 GMTs.

I really like the design of both.

My hand is big enough so I am not worried about the size.

The third contender is Edox Delfin Mecano (Skeleton style) with SW200.

I don't really care about the 2 time zones. I travel mostly in Europe and I am quite good at maths ๐Ÿ˜‰

I would go with the Steinhart personally.ย

If you're not planning on using a GMT watch for the GMT function, I'd get the Steinhart for the higher beat rate and corresponding smoother sweep of the seconds hand as well as the fact that the thinner 2893-2/SW330-1 is generally considered higher end than a 2824-2 based piece. ย Otherwise, I'd grab the Mido for the traveller's GMT functionality.

So, if you have a big wrist, I suggest you get the MIDO. It is a respectable chunk of metal but it looks great. I saw that one with a "full blue" dial and canvas strap, it looks amazing in person. The watch should be a hit if they were made for non-Schwarzenegger individuals.

Wrist size?

If you ย have the wrist for it, the Mido is killer. ย I think it's a stunning watch. ย I like Steinhart but that reference is probably my least favorite.
