Let's define "thin" as less than 10mm in thickness. I'm mostly interested in manual/automatic watches, but feel free to share your favorite slim quartz options as well!
I'll start with one pick from me - the 6.2mm Nomos Tangente that I've recently ordered (the photo is from Nomos's site, as I'm still waiting for mine to arrive).
I guess it's much easier to find slim manual watches than automatic ones, as the manual calibers are typical slimmer, but you might get to surprise me. I'm super curious to see your picks! I'm also curious to learn if many people care about the slimness of their watches in general.

think this A700 is the thinnest of casios at 5mm
I was amazed how slim the Omega Seamaster quartz was when it arrived...much thinner than 10mm for sure, will need to measure it 😁.

I had never seen this one, but I love its looks!
Well my A700W of course. A razor-edge 6mm depth makes this one so thin, he must dance around the shower to keep himself from falling down the drain.
Santos de Cartier (9.4mm)
8.4 mm. Tank Must XL.
Easy choice.
A number of good choices in the less than 10mm thickness/thinness category...if not specified then automatic...this is from the T-Zs in my collection...

Alexander Dauvin Australian Mosaic Opal Dial Swiss Ronda 750 Quartz movement 7.5mm thick case.
Cheers!
I don't have a pic handy, but the Frederique Constant Slimline is 5mm. Quartz movement. Best dress watch for me!
Nomos makes thin watches. Even the automatic Ahoi is less than 10mm tall, but looking at its barrel like profile I would not call it exactly dressy, so it's thin but doesn't look like that.
My next thinnest automatic is the Max Bill, which is advertised by Junghans as being 9.7mm, but it's a bit deceptive because measuring it with the crystal it's actually 10.1mm. Still thin by automatic standards, and it looks on the wrist thinner that the Ahoi.
Max Bill Quartz ❤❤❤
