What type of lume do you like?

I'm fascinated with watch lumes. In fact, I bought a Laco Aachen just for the bloody glorious lume in it. However, I recently saw a Marathon with Tritium and I kinda like it for the subtlety and persistence. I've seen radium lumes on my grandfathers' watches and used to drool at them on the night stand. But, for this poll, no radium lume!

Prefer BGW9 to C3 as I do prefer blue over green. BUT it is true that the Seiko Lumibrite is a stunner

I prefer inert compounds charged by light.  As nice as the longevity of tritium is, and as much of the beta decay is blocked by the tubes they come in these days, I’d still rather not be exposed to x-rays blasting my DNA apart on the regular.

Anything that glows like cherbobyl gets my approval
