Lived in Oklahoma City for years, pretty much no watch stores except BC Clark. Downtown has Tudor, Breitling, Tag and Rolex, their new store in Classen Curve is quite nice and has a few more brands like Nomos and Longines. That's pretty much it for OKC watches.
I like this collection! Know what you like and keep at it. Saves from buying $6k watch that you never wear. For me I find a plain tshirt that I like and is available in multiple colors and that's the one I wear for years. If it ain't broken. Don't fix it.
Also if you've been buying from the same AD they must love you!
What an awesome watch! Looks likes a much better execution of the Jacobs & Co. I loved the concept of that Jacobs and now knowing there's a much classier and tasteful version I have my eyes open for one too. What a find!
I think Air King demand has always been relatively low, and now that they've met the initial demand for the newest reference, there's a higher chance of getting the call. I've seen two now just sitting in the case of various AD's since the start of this year. Probably the most attainable steel sports model they make.
My answer will probably change again in the next few hours but this is what I have for now.
Dress - IWC Portofino Complete Calendar $10,600
Dive - Doxa Sub 200 Sharkhunter $950
Chrono - Tag Heuer Carrera Glassbox $6,450
Quartz - Grand Seiko Quartz SBGX259 $2,200
Over by $200 but I'm sure I can talk my way into a small discount somewhere.
