Summer strap help?

There are golden Milanaise straps out there. 

Are those subdials blue?  What about a navy blue Artem sailcloth strap for the summer?

I have never been a fan of milanaise straps but I will check them out.  

They are blue, but 18mm lugs and I don't think Artem does that size.

Nato Nato Nato - Brown/Tan Zone?

Blue looks great but I cant wear leather in the summer.  Its hot down here in Georgia.  

I have an OD green one I might try tonight, and I have a blue and maybe a grey perlon coming. 

A quality silicone rubber strap can look good with gold. Here’s my gold/steel Omega with its OG strap and a Seiko with a Barton silicone to give you some ideas. Both are good summertime wears. 

kidding aside… a nice light pink either leather or rubber will def. Give a nice pop and relaxing color imo…

Nice framing on the shot. Bourbon & watches are two of my favorite things. 

@yankthemike beat me to it but I’d try a colored sailcloth as well. 18mm is tough to find but they’re out there. 
 

Molequin also has really nice Saffiano and waterproof leather straps that I wear in the summer. Both are sealed leather that don’t bother me in Texas summers. 

There’s nothing funny about a gold Daytona on a pink rubber jubilee. Nothing at all. 

I think thats a Talladega, not a Daytona.... .

Anyway, they can be a colorful addition. I have a few colorful, patterned nato straps. 
 

They sell 18mm on all straps. $$ but worth it. 

You might think about a canvas strap from Barton or Archer. Canvas is great in the summer and comes in lots of different colors.

Sadly, I cant drink that bottle.  I went to a Derby party a few years ago that had a fund raiser silent auction.  I had a few too many mint juleps and won this bottle that was signed by a winning trainer.  Haha.  

That's really cool, yet sad that you can't enjoy it.

If they exist and to be found I see a faded blue canvas strap before me.

Try a perlon strap. They have more of a pronounced weave than a NATO and have a retro vibe, imo. Might go well with your vintage watch. https://www.gearpatrol.com/watches/a469815/perlon-watch-strap/
