Great write up and photos. I did pretty much the same thing in Tokyo, just the week before you. Such an amazingly safe and fun place to be - I'm already planning my next trip back.
I've really enjoyed seeing every one of your Seikos - I'm a big fan of vintage Seiko watches. Shame your run has to come to an end. Thanks for sharing!
I have an SRPD and worn it for the past week - it's averaged +1.9 seconds a day:
Seiko are very pessimistic with their stated accuracy.
I also have a Garmin which I wear for exercise and turn off straight after.
Unfortunately not, quick set is just for the date - it can be a bit of a pain winding forward the right number of days with the tiny crown!
