Everyday Watch - Integrated Bracelet

Soooo...I think I have another interesting poll for the community. I've been looking into an everyday watch and I like the look of an integrated metal bracelet and I've been obsessed with the Yema Wristmaster Traveller. However, I also really like the Tissot PRX and was wondering what the community would choose. Is there one that is objectively better? They are similar in size and thickness but the Tissot comes in at a smaller cost. I think, personally, I'd go with the Yema for rarity/uniqueness. Let me know what you guys think!

I’d go Tissot if only for certainty that I could get it reliably serviced - just my 2 cents! 🤙

Go French bro, Everyone has a PRX!!

That's what I was thinking as well!

·

Yema for me. The PRX seems to be everywhere and it's a bit so-so!

·

Honestly I haven’t. Do they have anything similar? Or something with a metal bracelet that’d be considered an “everyday watch”?

·

I’d pick a Tissot over a Yema any day and twice over on Sunday.

·

Definitely Tissot. Less likely to have quality issues.

·

Tissot goes better with shirt, it's just more elegant.

·

If you've been obsessed with the Yema, get the Yema. That itch will be there all day long if you settle for the 2nd option. The Tissot, despite being gorgeous, is a bit overplayed.

·

Heard bad customer experiences about Yema so that would keep me away from that.

I voted PRX. I have it, I love it. Not my most prized watch but it's something else. The only downside to wearing a PRX is that you will probably be turning your wrist every so often to marvel at the shimmering bracelet. Can look odd to observers.

I have a cream dial Wristmaster Adventurer which is different from the Traveler and I also checked the PRX in a shop.

My honest opinion is that the PRX is meh.

I had much worse experiences from other brands that should have been better.

I've heard the same.

I'm kinda getting tired of the integrated bracelet watches. Seems every week there is a brand coming out with there own version. It sounds like you really like the Yema so go for it. I personally would choose Tissot though.

I haven't heard of Yema before. I'm voting for Yema anyway because you seem more enthusiastic about its uniqueness, and I totally get that. 🍻

I totally get your point. I wonder too if I'll get tired of the look after a while, we'll see I guess lol

·

Neither. The PRX wears top heavy. And Yema has QC/CS issues

·

Go with the Yema. I’m running with a theme at the moment that the watch with the least votes is what you should pick as you’re less likely to encounter it in the wild.

(Unless of course you’re planning to sell it in the future. Then ignore everything I’ve said)

Usually I tend to go with the more unique option but I there are so many people ranting and raving about the PRX that I guess I had to consider it. It's still a great looking watch but it seems as though a lot of people have one. I'll probably end up going with the Yema despite what the poll results are lol.

·

As someone mentioned earlier I think the PRX wears a lot bigger than a regular 40mm would because of the fixed first links, so i would highly suggest trying it on in store before deciding.

On the right wrist both watches are lovley though!

I've never really been a fan of the PRX case style and it just sit weird on my wrist. Yea makes some great watches!
