Thanks!  You are correct, several of these fall into that dress up/dress down/can take a swim category.  And I have noticed my tendency to pair the watch up with a strap which goes the opposite direction:  The Grand Seiko has a casual strap, the Nomos has a dressier leather strap (instead of stitched Nubuck), the King Seiko has a very casual strap instead of the beads of rice bracelet, and the Omega as a very casual nylon instead of bracelet.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, the Omega, with its deployment clasp set to my small wrist's dimensions, simply doesn't sit on a watch pillow without a lot of pressure.  :)

that's a lovely box of watches, but I'm a sucker for the JLC master series - just beautiful.

·

Nice collection, but what are you doing to that poor beautiful Omega?! 😂

·

that's a super solid collection mate 👍 so nice to see a JLC which rarely seems to be in people's collections these days. loving the German pieces also, especially Mühle.

Not a bracelet guy I reckon? Amazing collection. Nothing in there I wouldn’t welcome into my own.

I love the bracelet on the Grand Seiko and Tudor (have to figure out how to size the Tudor still).  The beads of rice one on the King Seiko is nice but for day to day use looks way too dressy.  :).  I would probably like the Omega bracelet but haven't gone to the trouble to find one yet.

I suspect when I start going out more again post pandemic that I will dress some of these up more with their respective bracelets.

Some absolute belters there big man. You seem quite a purist, so perhaps challenging yourself with a complication, a chronograph or dive watch with an internal bezel would be a good departure from the solid essentials / GADA watches you’ve amassed already.

Wonderful Collection, But HolyCow man..... Secure that Omega !

It's the JLC's that got me hooked in this hobby.  Watches two and three were the older 37mm Reserve de Marche and the equivalent silver face 34 MUT (both since sold to raise funds for other non-watch efforts).
