So since I have no friends to talk about watches, I want to ask you guys a question. I love the style of bauhaus watches, the german simplicity gives me a good feeling to look at. And sternglass have watches that are affordable to me (~200usd), but I dont understand why this watch costs almost the same as a Junghans Max Bill, which is my most wanted watch atm. This piece has a Selitta sw200 movement, not an expert at this, but its a good swiss made movement if Im correct, and the watch has sapphire crystal too. But my question is: is this watch really should be the same price as the Junghans?

Why do you think it's called Max Bill?
It's a great looking watch but personally I would be happier with it for around the two hundred quid mark? Bauhaus is quite a narrow field?

Oh very good lol ;-)
Hi, I'm little late to the party, but however. Sternglas Watches are great, also If you think about their prices and the quality. But even with a good movement and the fact that this is a Swiss Made movement, it is not worth this price. Like you already said the price of their other Watches are a lot more affordable. Dont get me wrong, this is a good Watch but its not worth 800€. You can get a Junghans for this price. I would consider getting one of theese.
I don’t know if it’s overpriced, but it is hard to not to choose the Max Bill at that price point

Exactly my thoughts
A good compromise might be their Naos Oxford edition model. The price is in between the basic Naos models and the overpriced Kanton. The Naos Oxford features a Mioyta 90s series movement with 4hz beat rate which makes the second hand move really smoothly. Also the Naos Oxford edition is much thinner than the Naos basic edition, giving it a more refined and dressy look.
