Wish List;

Updated; 08/05/23

It's interesting (to me) how this list changes and evolves. Watches I swore I would get have fallen by the wayside, and watches I never thought I'd be interested in have taken top spot.

Watches I'm currently stalking;

Seiko SRPK17

Great wish list! The Khaki King 2 is also on my wish list. High up in fact.

The Alpina is my sort of thing but not much knowledge on them so I will do some homework.

I would only pass on the Brew. Chronographs are not really my cup of tea but that may change.

I would add the Christopher Ward C60 in 40mm for a diver?

I like the komanderski. I have one similar in green and would like another.

I stumbled across all of them, but the Hamilton, only today. I bought the Hamilton about 2 weeks ago. Should arrive v. soon.

I too am new to Alpina, and need to do some research.

I'm never really specifically after a chronograph, I guess it's more about the overall look. Again, research needed on the Brew.

Took a look at the CW C60 - nice, but the Komanderski will be my dive. I like it's utilitarian ruggedness; no end links, etc.

My wish list is a moving feast. It was totally different a few months ago. I only ended up buying one from it before it changed again!

Great list of watches!

The Alpina is a great watch...I went for this version on the mesh bracelet (ref. AL-555LNS4H6B)...picked it up brand new for 39% off list...

Can't go wrong with Vostoks...so many good choices and many of them are strap monsters...

Image

And Hamiltons are classic...so many great references to choose from in the Khaki line...here is one of my favorites in the collection...in black titanium (ref. H70575733)...

Best of luck with the stalking and completing the deals.

I have a target of 10 I actually wear.

I've got half a dozen or more that I keep stored away, mostly weird vintage stuff I keep because I like, but wouldn't wear (Soviet for example), but 10 I actually want to wear.

So the seconds hand on Alpina is that inner wheel? How cool.

I just pulled the trigger on the Vostok. From an authorized reseller in Germany. $30 cheaper than eBay.

Love my Vostok and would love another.

The brew looks great but I wouldn't personally wear a chrono.

I try and rotate my watches but it doesn't really follow a pattern.

This is my latest purchase ( birthday present). Going to review it after I have worn it a bit longer..

Interesting. Does it share the case with Geckota's Chronotimer?

If you like this case shape, check out my review on Accurist Retro Racer 7367. It's almost identical to Geckota's Chronotimer, but at 70 GBP, it's 17% of the price of Geckota, at 399 GBP.

Oh I will take a look!

It's a cushion case so not sure?

I got a 50 quid off voucher when I bought the gekhota so paid 349 which was a bit more palatable. The quality is very impressive as are the specs so far thinking it was worth the money..
