What was your very first mechanical watch?

Still loving my trusty Orient Ray II all these years later!

This RELIC was my first mechanical watch. Won't buy skeletons again, since they're too difficult to read at a glance, but it's still in the collection.

Thanks. I appreciate it.

My first mechanical watch from ten years ago that led me into this, was a 30th birthday present from my wife my 125th Anniversary Certina DS80 Powermatic

Mine was the version 2 Bambino, great looking watch, ultimately too big for me at 40mm, I let it go but I still think fondly of it

Hamilton khaki king, over 10 years ago. Still have it

Seiko SKX was my gateway drug.

Looks like it could be a workhorse for many years to come. One of those watches that you could wear every day for 30 years.

Westclox pocket watch.

Also, see my WRUW post from today. 馃榿

The 1998 Seamaster on the left, which I handed down to my kid a decade ago.

It was a watch I got from watch gang(before I knew any better, LoL!!) it's a Jay Bracket deskdiver. Build quality is pretty nice though.

I agree with you, this watch is amazing

Unfortunately was long before digital photography. Back in 1990, graduated nursing school and bought myself a two-tone Datejust with diamond hour markers.

That's me on the left, sporting the DJ during a mountain getaway and while on a night shark fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico.

Micky Mouse when I was a little boy. Still have it today.
