I've liked the "idea" of owning a Breitling for a few years but I couldn't find a specific watch I liked enough. However, there are a couple of the new Superoceans that I really like. I think they did a great job with the new looks.
Background: Had some posh watch money (enough for an explorer, with a stretch from the current account); ended up putting it into a stocks and shares saving account. Since then, I've picked up a few watches I thought I'd like (£900 is the most I've ever spent). I like them all.
Upshot: I want one of these. 36mm sounds ideal to me, with my small wrists and tiny Trump hands, though I understand dive watches tend to wear quite a bit smaller than their actual dimensions. Either way, that little pot of money I used to jokingly call the Rolex Account (before I invested it) is being built up again. Was looking at a Tudor; now I have a new Grail(ish) thing.
I love this.
I like the new design, but I could live without that minute hand. My eyes go straight to that large square every single time. Maybe it won’t bother me as much in person. The rest of the watch looks great though.

I don't know why, but this is my favorite Superocean.
I like the industrial design but 44mm is way too big for me.
