Looking at my watch while waiting for watches ...

So, parts are coming from China. They made it out of China in a few days, arrived in the US in about a week, and have moved around US warehouses for the last 3 weeks. Is this a supply chain issue, or is somebody actively messing with me?

Another watch is being "sourced", whatever that means. In most cases it should ship within a week. I guess I'm a special case, but I knew that already.

How are you dealing with this? (Drinking is the obvious answer, but I'm too health-conscious for that. I can only work out so much, plus I tend to think about watches while running.)

Keep yourself even more busy start a house project or work on the car. And catch up on some good movies and documentaries. And if you a gamer watch out theres a lot of good games out there and competition. Or read a good book The Devil in the Details.

Yeah, I'm brushing up on AWS fundamentals, I don't think I can get around that certification much longer, even though I will probably "play with the cloud" mostly for my own entertainment.

Still, I wonder why these watch hands are resting in a warehouse on the other side of town for about a week now. 🙄

Yeah that sucks the waiting part.
