And the Winner of the “Worst Watch Website” Goes to…

There are a handful of watch websites that I know like the back of my hand and I think I could navigate them if I were blindfolded.

Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Omega, etc. have all taken up countless hours of my life.

I haven’t spent as much time on some of the smaller brands websites, but after many on this site raving about Sinn watches I thought I’d check them out.

What-in-the-actual-F are they doing with their websites!?!

Seriously, who is the head of the marketing department?  That website is a fire-able offense.

I dare you to find a WORSE website…

Meranom. Maybe not "worst " but it is pretty damn shady looking

The factory sites always have higher prices to chase you to the ADs anyway. Like the mythical Rolex with their pretty pictures and no watches to sell. They usually toot their pie in the sky crazy one off watch with fantastic complications only to get you buying a Steel sports watch

·

Personally I think every single Seiko website is garbage and confusing. Let's not even go about models of watches that they do not include on their website or even an archive of watches released.

watchbuys aka Sinn America website 👎🏽

The everlasting race as to find out what Seiko watch is released when in what market, and through what channels. That's the stuff that lets you respond to Japanese watch reviews on YouTube through Google translate late at night.

Haha when I read the title I thought immediately of Sinn

·

Yep, when I saw the title, I actually said Sinn out loud.

Try the Timefactors one

its only open for two minutes a month.

·

Glycine’s website is a complete mess.  Invicta refused to update it for years.  It’s only recently been fixed.

·

Funny, I've never looked at the Sinn Official website at all and I own 3 Sinn's 🤣 I just look at our local dealers website in Australia for whatever I'm interested in.

I can think of plenty that are dreadful and don't get me started on Micro Brand websites, it's like they don't want you to buy a watch at all 🤯

That was my first pick, Timefactors or really it should be called Timewasters 😂

I’ve had five time factors watches, for me there’s just always something “off” about them, if you compare to some of the Chinese micro brands these days they aren’t much better. And I’ll never buy one new anymore

I’m not playing the games, and some of the sycophants sucking up to that Eddie bloke on his forum are sickly.

·

Came here to say Timefactors, but it appears my work here is already done.

·

I can understand the frustration of an extremely limited supply from Time Factors, but their website isn’t bad from a design/experience or UI/UX standpoint…they just don’t sell many watches.

·

Despite being a Sinn aficionado, I must admit both Sinn website and Youtube channels have some room for improvement.

Having said that

1) I much prefer it to "lifestyle" websites where pages fly in every direction and you can't find a simple list of all collections and models (yes, Longines, I'm looking at you).

2) the ordering process, including strap/bracelet selection is foolproof and straighforward, works as any decent on-line shop should work

It’s best to check out Sinn on their ADs websites for example in the UK Francis & Gaye
