The Ingenuity of Knockoff Watches
I finally figured out why there is a Chinese knock-off brand called OLEVS… (see Amazon) It is because if you set the time to something like 10:10, the hands obstruct the view of the watch and it ALMOST looks like…. ROLEX! I know this is pretty obvious to everyone but I only just figured it out. LOL! I gotta hand it to them, it’s pretty ingenious in a pathetic way. And obviously, the actual watch will look nothing like that picture. Happy Friday everyone!

I have no idea why you would think this. Well, the signed crown probably won't be aligned properly, if you're being that picky.

OLEVS was chosen for the same reason ROLEX was, because it universally translates to itself in every language. However, OLEVS has improved upon that other brand with the legible text saying "DAZZLING QUARTZ WATCH" which is a clear label with no confusion to be had.
Ah those clever Chinese, counterfeiting and stealing the intellectual property of the entire world with more vigor by the day.
Then you might also be able to figure out what the common EIK brand stands for, which appears on watch dials quite frequently.😀

I don't claim to have any special understanding of Chinese culture, but I believe they are more binary. It is dazzling or it is not. Degrees of scale are not important. I must say that the Winner automatic watch I had last year was very dazzling. I regret that I have no exposure to EIK dials or Outdoor Fun pliers.

What can I say? That watch is definitely a winner, and these highly-polished surfaces are very dazzling, indeed.
When I run out of search matches on AliExpress, the site never fails to recommend hair extensions. Not sure why, but pliers have to be involved, somehow.
