If you buy one, be prepared to be disappointed. I hated my SNK809 so much that I lost track of it, and don't care to find it again. 

I respect that lots of people like the SNK8XX series, but if you buy one, buy the watch, not the hype.

I'd suggest going with your gut, and avoiding it. 

They are great beginner watches if you have little experience with quality watches other than G-Shock or Ironman.

Very nice Seiko 5s got my attention a lot since I already had field watches. I wend got a diver one I been happy with it ever since.
