Which youtuber do you want to have a beer with?

@thewatchzealot posted a good thread about which youtuber you trust. I want to know which youtuber you want to have a beer with.

Tristano.

Jennie Ellie cuz I love her accent and her voice she’s kinda sexy and cute….and the guy from escapement & watch I think he’s funny and he’s an anime nerd too…

·

@MWC2020! Can you imagine that pub crawl? Epic!

·

You all know you would gladly have a session with Nico. You’d probably wake up half-naked in a Hublot AD with a Rolex reference number tattooed on your member and a fresh F91W on your wrist, but what the hell. God Tier.

·

Jennie Elle.

·

Charles Ross from Ross Creations. He looks like a super chill dude 😎

·

Federico or the time teller. Both seem like cool f’in dudes

·

Teddy. And Jody from JOMW.

·

Jody tbh, we‘re both Scottish and I see him wearing a lot of sci-fi and 90s electronic band t-shirts so we’d have a LOT to discuss. 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We’d have fun!!!!

·

WatchGringa a/k/a Brittney.  However, I'm pretty sure she will out drink me.

Jennie Elle.

I’ll invite you over when she accepts my invite 😂

Not a fan of the Gringa her voice puts me off and she has this pretentious vibe about her…just me though!!

YoureTerrific

I bet you’d have insightful coversation, definitely a laugh and some watch talk.

·

If it's any YouTuber, without doubt Chris Broad from Abroad in Japan.

But in terms of watch guys? TGV, without doubt. He has a personality very similar to mine.

·

Youreterrific. OF COURSE DUUUUUH

·

definitely @PeterKotsa as he was the first watch YouTuber I ever followed (and still follow). I realized I didn’t really know how a tachymeter scale worked, hit up YouTube and his video taught me!

·

IDGuy or Nico. Some of the comments about Jennie Ellie are borderline creepy...

·

None.. until I came across Brandon. that guy has great taste in watches, fashion and music.

Has to be #mwc2020. Love the structure of his reviews and the creative segments always make me laugh. Having a few beers with him to talk all things Casio and how I could possibly improve my top spin backhand would be saweeeeet! Beers on me Russ if you're ever in Sydney....👍

I’m in my friend!

·

Probably Jody from JOMW for relaxed chat over couple of lagers

·

Not a fan of Youtubers as anyone can start a channel.

·

Don’t pick Random Rob!!! I saw him at Windup in Chicago last Saturday and told him I’m a subscriber and he basically said Hi and walked away.

·
BigIona

The Time and Tide guys. The Aussies know how to hold their drink.  Plus, Andrew fills out a tshirt and pair of jeans 😏

The Formex owners told me that Time and Tide wanted to charge Formex $10k for a watch review. I’ll pass hanging out with them.

·

Archie Luxury would be a Riot !!

·

Producer Michael ... not for his watches but for drinking a $999 beer in a hot tub in some mansion.

How is Youre Terrific not the answer for more folks?  He seems like the correct level of "watches are fun and definitely not that serious but I enjoy this enough to nerd out."

Second is probably @Max .  He'd probably feel the most like family.  I would probably make neurologist jokes for about an hour straight (so he might not want to have a beer with me).

Third is Jenni Elle.  I have a lot of friends from my younger days who hail from Stuttgart.  The vibe of the city makes sense to me, so I think it would be kinda cool to hang out.

Some others who I'd probably get along with over a beer: @benswatchclub, @PeterKotsa, @relativetime, Brandon Menancio, Adrian from Bark and Jack, @MarkHackman, most of the Hodinkee crew, Patrick Marlett (though sadly he doesn't produce content anymore), and @the.watch.idiot .

Mostly, I feel like I'd get along with anyone who is 1) interesting, 2) opinionated, 3) not an ass about their opinions, and 4) can love the beauty and engineering of watches while also acknowledging that these are fundamentally not super serious items.

I'm honored to even be a part of the same conversation as the heavy hitters you mentioned! Thanks for the support!😀

@the.watch.idiot gets my vote 🍻

Thank you so much man, I'm glad to be a part of this conversation at all lol!

Probably Adrian - nerd out of watches and photography.
