They'd have to pay me to buy one of those. Too many horror reviews from scratched plastics to dye bleeding. For that price I might as well buy any microbrand
I'm not so sure. Online sales will be stalked by bots like Xbox X & the PS5 were.
Gonna be a long time imo before non-flippers will be able to get one in any sort of mass numbers
Maybe, maybe not. The hype might be gone by the time they go online.
If Swatch goes from a few stores, to all stores, then goes online, they could likely bypass al lot of the online issues. The only reason scalpers are scrambling to buy them now is because they are still only available in a few places, and in limited quantities.

agree , if they are going to push it out to every store it could save the hype

I think they will just keep them in store to avoid this , hopefully once a few more months of stock keep coming in the market will be even more flooded than it is now and prices will just flatline
I found one last week on a forum for slightly over retail and pulled the trigger. I'm not near a Swatch store so it would be impossible to just walk in and grab one. I'm not sure if they will ever be available online so I jumped on it. Prices on the Bay are falling significantly. It's a fun piece with a connection to Omega and a lot of Swatch nostalgia, for me at least. Does it threaten or cheapen the Moonwatch, not at all in my opinion. I agree that if they were more readily available they'd sell a ton!

Moonswatches??
Bwahahahahahahabwahahahahaha
Those are so April.
I wouldn't wear one if it were gifted to me.
Swatch made a HUGE gamble and lost miserably.

They're selling every MoonSwatch they make, and people are still asking for more. That doesn't seem like a loss, let alone a miserable one...
The MoonSwatch isn't limited, eventually everybody that wants one will be able to buy one at retail.

I think Moonswatches are dumb, but how could this be considered a failure? Swatch could never have paid for the amount of attention they received.

Just wish there was a flood of stock leaving these flippers with a watch they don't want. Not that I'll be buying one, even at rrp

prices are still falling , just wait another month and I would be willing to bet you will be able to get them just above retail
