After having a Casio Duro on my wrist for a few months, I realized that it was only reaching a fraction of its true potential. I knew that a metal bracelet would make it a much more versatile piece, but I didnโt know of any mainstream retailers that sold Duro bracelets with fitted end links.
So I took to eBay and found a myriad of different options at all different price points. I eventually waded through the worst of them and came across the golden nugget that I was searching for. This bracelet had solid links that were sized with screws, fitted end links to better integrate with the case, and TONS of micro adjust (7 holes).
I quickly ordered one and it arrived within 4 days, and eagerly sized it up and put it on my black and gilt Duro. It completely changes the feel of the watch and I couldnโt be happier. My only complaints are that the end links required some hand fitment to get rid of any unwanted rattle, and the clasp is the biggest cost-cutting measure. Plenty of micro, but stamped out of cheap metal and it shows.
For $21.95 shipped, I canโt really complain. If the clasp still bothers me in a month, Iโll order a proper milled one! Below is the link to the listing where I purchased mine, very respectable seller and secure shipping. Not affiliated in any way, just wanted to share this with all my fellow Duro brothers and sisters!
What do you guys think? Has anyone found any other bracelets for the Duro?

This one looks nice. Avoid one that I bought called Fullmosa on Amazon. No micro adjusts and it fell apart quickly.
Thank you! More real mods in the pipeline for this one ๐๐ผ

Thank you and thanks for putting that out there, lots of people have had issues with ones from Amazon
Love that look, well done! ๐ช๐ผ
I was bitten by the duro bug so bad I bought, over time of course, all colorways. I bought my bracelets from aliexpress and also bought some milled clasps from there. I bought a two toned jubilee bracelet for the black dial gold trimmed bezel. Not in the picture as it came with only 2 removable links on each end and I have to mode it to fit my wrist. Included a pic from ali. The solid end links do indeed fit though, but then you will likely need to modify it to fit your wrist using plyers pulling the links not removable to remove them. Only such two tone bracelet fitting the duro I could find though. Some say a 22 mm skx one will fit though. Nice bracelet as well OP and Mr. ICM

What an awesome collection, thanks for your input on the bracelet! I honestly hadnโt considered looking on Ali yet, cheers ๐ป
Nice!
I'm just tryna get my hands on a Casio Duro, but unfortunately I cannot find a good deal. Local stores sell it at unreasonable prices and international stores have high shipping fees. Since I'm only a teenager, I gotta make every buck worth.
Once I do, I'll definitely be needing a metal bracelet for the watch, so thanks for providing a good option.
Thanks for the heads up, looks great

Totally understandable, sounds like your off to a great start considering I didnโt even know about watches packed with value like this until I was in my mid twenties!
And your favourite is?
The green one.
The green one.
I was thinking about that one or the Pepsi.
I dropped the green one 5 minutes after I received it in the mail. Fell from my hands when I exited the car, onto the pavement it went. Left an ugly mark on the side of the case, however with the use of some 2000 grit wet sand paper and a polish with some mothers aluminum polish and after a half hour or so of work it was as good as new. One would never know it was damaged. We have a discount store in our local that buys pallets of returns and demo products from costco and they always have a new assortment of casios and citizen watches. Got a casio gst 200b and a pro trek 6600 for $190 canadian each so now I am getting into other casios, they are very interesting collectables. The only duro I saw there was a black one that was combined with a g-shock like casio fitness watch. Would make a nice collectable combo in a nice box for someone but not me. But ya the pepsi one is defiantly a nice one as well. If people are patient these watches do go on sale from time to time.

#casio #casioduro I believe I am going to have to get at least one Duro too. The are nice, similar to an Orient in terms of quality ?

I honestly donโt have experience with Orient beyond the Bambino, but I would say that they are similar fit and finish but the Orient divers crush the Duro in lume!
I have experience with a few different metal bracelets on the Duro. I have a Casio branded one that is a cheap folded metal hair pincher of a thing, a mixture of polished and brushed that looks ok from 6 ft away. The other two are an Ali Express Jubilee style that fits well and is comfortable to wear, but my personal favourite is the oyster style bracelet from an Orient Kamasu that fits onto the Duro with minimum adjustment to the hollow end-links. Iโve swapped out the pressed clasps of those two for an Ali X milled clasp with 6 holes of microadjust. Very happy with both the Orient and Ali X straps, wouldnโt put the casio metal strap anywhere but the bin though.

I think I likely have the same ali x clasps. However my oyster style bracelets are from alix and they are quite good. Wish they had just included the milled clasps on the bracelets perhaps with a slightly higher charge, as both came from the same seller, timelee store.

This is the over priced bracelet with rolex style clasp with only 2 removable links on both sides I bought for the two toned duro.

Once upon a time, Casio used to sell the MDV-106 on an OEM bracelet. I remember seeing a pic of it and thought it looked great, so several years ago I ordered an actual Casio bracelet to fit the Duro, from some place in Toronto that I can't remember.
Looks great, but a "great" bracelet it isn't. The "oyster-styled" band has sharp edges and the clasp only 2 holes of micro-adjust. Fits the watch perfectly though ... my wrist, not as well as I'd like. It's a bit of a hair-puller too.
Am sure that some of the after-market bracelets out there that fit the Duro are much better.
