As I'm rotating through my collection, I'm reminded of the funny things and reasons why I bought them five years ago. For this particular watch, it was because the brand name 老格式 roughly translated to "old format" or "old way of doing things". (Notice: Please take that translation with a grain of salt. The person I asked was drunk at the time. One translation he offered was "old crap" but I digress.)
