I like it. There is a tension in a compressed southern hemisphere to accomodate branding up top, but the equator is laterally placed to the golden ratio; exactly what to expect from the german design aesthetic.

Phoenix seems a weird choice, but AZ doesn't observe DST, so it doesn't cause problems with the single 24h wheel. But at EUR50K, you may be able to convince them to change that to Tucson, a much cooler city.
