I'm from Zurich (Switzerland🇨🇭), I like swiss cheese and swiss watches. 😁
I'm fascinated by mechanical movements, the details, the precision, the engineering. I bought my first watch with 20, a Tissot T-Touch Titan (yeah, quartz).
Today, there are ...*counting... 22 watches in my collection. I have more sport- or toolwatches than dresswatches. Like my Fortis F-43 Flieger I wear today (photo).
I guess, that's it. 😅

Welcome to crunchy town. Don’t forget The Alps too.
That’s a very nice piece.
Great looking watch and welcome to the Crunch! 🔥
Great place to live for a watch enthusiast.
Welcome to the Crunch! I have no experience with the Fortis brand before, it looks great on your wrist 👍🏼

The F-43 has a great look: nothing polished, big, heavy 👍🏻
Great place to live for a watch enthusiast.
It is a great place, many famous brands just around the corner 😅

Definitely check it out! Independent brand with cool history. The new stratoliner is on my radar
Welcome to the Crunch! I tried on the F-39 and the Stratoliner at Windup…they’re certainly no nonsense tool watches! Looking forward to seeing more of your collection!
Welcome, look forward to seeing the collection
Welcome to WC. 22? Quite a big collection.
Welcome to WC. I rate you country 10/10 for watches, 2/10 for cheese.
Welcome, and enjoy!
Welcome to WC
Welcome! That Fortis is a beaut!

Hi Adrian, and welcome. Yeah, the Stratoliner... I put it on the wrist last week at the AD behind the corner. Great watch and definitely on my list too✨. Best wishes from the neighborhood, North-Italy
Welcome to the forum👍Is the watch in your description just a coincident🧐
You mean the Longines from today? Yeah, really just a coincident with high frequency movement

”Carl.F.Bucherer”, just thought it was close enough.
Ah this 😅, actually, this is also just a coincident. I selected this picture because of the lume, not of the brand or simila name.
As a Swiss citizen you are probably legally obliged to like Swiss watches. 22 watches is not excessive by wc standards, but if they are all Swiss they would have cost you a bundle.
Adding to the cliches: Swiss railways, best in the world.
Anyway, welcome to the place that answers the question "should I buy this watch or that watch" with "Yes!".
All of them are swiss made. However, not all were 1'000+CHF...
The bezel of this watch looks so great 😍
The bezel of this watch looks so great 😍
the bezel is lower on the inside than outside. this protects the saphire, but makes the watch thiker: I meassure 15.6mm

Interesting, didn't know that! I think that's a cool design with a purpose!
