Day 25- one of my most vivid memories from childhood, this watch on my dads wrist.. when I was a kid and a teenager that was part of my life’s landscape.
the Omega electronic f300 Hz Seamaster chronometer. from 1971, he got it as a gift (to himself 😉) after his first son was born (my brother).
any suggestions for where should I fix it? Regular watch shops and watch makers couldn’t do it🤷🏼♂️

Really nice to have things that bring back the memories
Great vintage piece. You should definitely bring it back to live!
I'm wearing my other Alpina Pilots watch
Nice color matching with that strap!!
I purchased today a Frédérique Constant. Hoping it will be the last one for a long while.. spending too much🙄

What a great job with those numerals, black inside and rose gold around 👌🏻

LOL same here I just pre-order a Microbrand based in Chicago. I'm not even telling my wife since a pre-order does not count as a buy yet.

😂we are on the same boat! My wife also doesn’t know, and she doesn’t know about the Tissot I ordered last week🤫😉
Beautiful watch. It reminds me that I also have a clear memory of my Dad wearing what I think is an old Omega because I distinctly remember the horseshoe symbol on my Dad's watch when I was a kid in the early 70s. He got rid of it a long time ago but I would love to pick one up just for the memory. Good thing the weekend is starting so I can run this down.
Thanks for the inspiration and good luck finding someone to fix your watch.
