Its an awesome interview. I loved how they touched on why a caller GMT is more useful than a traveller GMT with the quickset date, silicon hairsprings being more fragile, and the SW200 is going to be replaced by a new movement with 60 hour power reserve. He also paid respect to Chinese manufacturers, as long as they were not copying or making fakes.
