What's your favorite movie watch? For me, it's the Omega Constellation worn by Micheal in the Godfather. I tossed in a few that are often mentioned.

The Omega Piepan from the Godfather looks like a 168.005
Since the Thomas Crowne Reverso has already been mentioned, my close second is the Colonel Kurtz bezel-less GMT Master from Apocalypse Now. As a costuming decision, it felt absolutely flawless for someone who remains formidably savvy but is also quite clearly completely insane.

That’s a great watch to be sure, but the storytelling nerd in me can’t help but think a Lorus is out of character with Rust Cohle. Given his eschewing of basically every creature comfort, I’d expect him to wear something far more financially practical - like a Casio or Timex, mayyyyybe a Seiko.
Any watch that ScarJo wears is my favorite watch. 😍🔥😍🔥

I hadn't heard that. I watched the new one but it wasn't as good as the original. It was nice to see the cameos from the old crew in the first season. They seemed to rely too much on the hacking and cell phone tracking to hold my interest.
