My watch journey and what I've learned....

Throughout the years I've been fortunate enough to own some great watches. Examples from Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, and Breitling to name a few.

I've learned I don't like thick watches, I like on the fly adjustable clasps, I don't like an external helium release valve. I prefer black dials on bracelets , but that look great on other straps. My perfect dimensions are a 40-42mm case. I like watches with a story or history to them.

One thing that I've also learned is that no one else really cares what watch you're wearing, so buy and wear it for yourself!

This hobby is wonderful and you can make it as expensive or as modest as you choose. There are wonderful watches at every price range, Everyone has their "grail" and I wish that everyone could experience theirs is some form.

I love reading stories of watches passed down from parents/grandparents. My favorite watch is one that my 95 year old grandfather was wearing when he passed. He probably paid $25 for it, but it's priceless to me.

I'm currently wearing a 3861 Sapphire Speedmaster for myself and no one else...

Have a wonderful weekend WatchCrunchers, we're a MAD bunch for sure...
